Processing & Delivery All House of Nomadé products are made to order and handcrafted. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@houseofnomade.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Legal guarantee In accordance with EU consumer law, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.
