At Nomadé, each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities using traditional techniques. As part of this process, slight variations in pattern and colour are natural and not considered defects.

RETURN RULES (14 DAYS)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• In its original condition and packaging
• With tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Form.

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

• The correct return address
• Instructions for returning your item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Within 7 business days
• Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
